We understand that sometimes plans change, which is why we work with our partners to offer a favorable refund policy. If you need to cancel your booking for any reason, we will work with you to ensure that you receive a refund in a timely manner.
Our refund policy for flights, hotels, car rental, tours, and holiday packages is as defined by our partners on partner websites, save for products and or services that are listed and hosted directly on our website.
What are listed products?
Listed products on our website are defined as those products and or services which are displayed on our website, whose booking is completed on our website and paid on our website, either online or offline.
Listed Products Refund Policy
Our refund policy allows for processing of request 7 days between date of check-in and date of logging a refund. If your check-in date is less than 7 days then any refund will only be considered based on merits with no obligation for issuing any refund.
To be eligible for a refund, your date of trip must be at least 7 days before actual date of check-in.
Several types of bookings are exempt from being refunded. Please enquire from us if your booking is eligible for refunds if it is a concern to you at the point of making any booking.
Here is our standard refund schedule for bookings that are eligible for a refund:
- 7 days before check in – 50% refunded
- 6 – 1 day before check-in – 30% refund (conditional)
To request a refund, we require a receipt or proof of booking.
Please do not send your refund request to the service provider.
These are certain situations where partial refunds are entertained:
- Where there is proof with regards to health or accident or government laws impeding travel.
- Where source of destination government of such authority issue travel restrictions or ban after booking has been made.
- Where service provider failed to provide exact property / service booked for and has offered a reasonable alternative.
